The Dessert Museum 🍩

Looking for a new place in Manila to visit that will satisfy your sweet tooth? Explore eight different dessert-themed rooms—occupying 12,000 square feet of space—that will educate you about world-famous sweets that we all love, only at The Dessert Museum.

The Place

The Dessert Museum is located at S Maison Mall, just below the Conrad Hotel at the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Upon entering the mall, you will easily spot the museum entrance because of the pink brick wall exterior with chocolate ice cream melting at the top. Across the museum is the Starbucks Reserve.

When you enter the lobby, you will find the cashiers, the entrance to the donut room, and a wall where photos of world-famous founders of desserts are hanged. Since it is a museum, there will be tours that will start every 15 minutes beginning from 10:15 AM to 8:30 PM. After paying for your entrance, the cashiers will give you a wristband that you will be scanning on a mobile phone situated in each room to claim desserts.

Tickets:

  • Online – P699.00
  • Weekdays – PHP 799.00
  • Weekends – PHP 899.00

The entrance fee includes a two-hour tour inside the museum, 5-6 desserts that will range from artisan chocolates to cake pops, and Instagram-worthy photos. So be sure to bring the best camera you have and dress up for the place!

Tip: It will be better to purchase your tickets online because besides the lower price, you will be able to schedule what time your tour will be. If you’ll be a walk-in guest, you’ll have to wait in line outside the museum and wait for the tour guides to squeeze you in a schedule with other visitors who purchased their tickets online, since they already have a schedule. You can purchase you tickets here.

The Rooms and The Desserts

There are eight rooms in the museum—the donut room, the marshmallow room, the naughty or nice room, the ice cream room, the bubblegum room, the gummy bear room, the cotton candy room, and the cakepop room. You will be getting a marshmallow dipped in chocolate, strawberry, or caramel fondue, a pink or blue macaron, an ice cream, gummy bears, a cotton candy, and a cakepop.

On a Final Note

The place is truly an Instagram haven that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Be sure to bring your family, your friends or someone who will take your photos for every corner of every room is a perfect spot for taking great-looking photos.
